When will my purchase be shipped?

KY will be at the post office on Wednesdays and Saturdays. All items ordered prior to 9AM on shipping days will be mailed early afternoon that day. After 9AM orders (and purchases completed on non-shipping days) will be sent out with the next shipping day items.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is typically $4 but varies per item depending on weight/size and destination.

 

What are delivery options?

USPS is our trusted delivery team. Most all items go first class to expedite shipping. We currently do not offer International shipping.

How do I track my order?

Tracking numbers will be sent out on every order by 10 PM on shipping day. Please note it may take time for the postal office to update shipping information.

Can I return my item?

No. At this time KYVintage is not accepting returns on purchases unless the item is damaged or different than described. If you have any questions regarding an item, please reach out to us at KYThrift@gmail.com prior to purchasing the item for additional details or photos.

Can you hold an item for me?

No. Per policy we do not hold items for clients.
